"I went with my SO for him to get a haircut. I didn't meant the hairdresser but she was new. She did a great job, the staff were pleasant and the establishment was clean."

"Extremelyy disappointed. I have 3 mixed kids, I've asked numerous times if they knew how to do black/mixed hair, mind you my kids have extremelyy soft hair. I've been told every single time, yes they do! I took my 2 boys in, the day we had pictures done, they asked what I wanted done. I told them I wanted them both to have their hair faded and lined up. (An EVERYDAY totally NORMAL thing). BOTH ladies that helped each of my kids questioned me what that meant. I'm no hair stylist! Idk what clips are supposed to be used etc! When I take them to a normal barber I tell them n they don't have another question. Then they both asked me what "lined up" means. Ummmm? That should have been my que. I explained n they still were clueless and messed both my kids hair up. Luckily my oldests barber had a little more sense and didn't make him look like he had a receding hairline and luckily Courtney I think her name was (the one who goes on maturity leave in Oct �), was there! On break, but she was sweet enough to help out after I told the lady the line across his forehead literallyy was not straight 5+ times. So, THANK YOU COURTNEY! As for my youngest boy, Ooooof. There was no saving that. As for customer service, they are very sweet. Excellent with the kids!! But PLEASE make it public WHICH barbers are actually GOOD with mixed/black hair! Pleaseee"

"Tried to do online check-in and it didn't work. Called store, they wouldn't check me in and said I'd have to come in to check-in. Checked in at store at 11a and it they said it would be a 3 hour and 40 min wait. Checked "My Waiting List" on my SportClips account and it didn't work around 1:30. Called the store at 1:35p they advised it would be another hour and to come in then. I waited an hour and never received any notification even though I had the option selected in my account. I went into the store at 2:30 and they had removed my son and I from the waiting list. They said we could check-in again and wait another 2 hours. I said I had checked in at 11a and had been waiting almost four hours. The staff shrugged their shoulders like they didn't care at all and said nothing else. I've not been treated so rudely after already having a poor experience. My family and I will not be going back there again. I really hope the manager does something about the online system and rude staff."

"Today was the first day that I brought my son into Sport Clips and it won’t be the last! This has been the BEST haircut that he has ever received!!! Also he really enjoyed the MVP treatment which was cool!! Great service and atmosphere!!! Kelly you did an awesome job and you rock!!! Thanks again!!!�"

"My son and I came in on a Sunday. My son is autistic, and had never had a haircut besides a buzz cut! The lady who helped Riley was great, and went slowly with him, showed him everything BEFORE she did it, which really helped."

"The online checking is a little messy compared to their competitors but they do a great job with the MVP experience."
